It’s too early to tell how effective this is at improving my well being but I look forward to using it and think that’s a signal that it must be doing something positive. I do feel frustrated/duped that I literally just bought the Luna and pretty much straight away it was updated to the Luna plus, which I would have loved to purchase instead (as it has a focus and digestion setting that would be super helpful for me). For now I am trying to get over that frustration and remain in a regular habit with this version.

I really appreciate Zeno Well Luna. I' m very satisfied with the product. Since I've been using it I sleep much better. The only inconvenient I found is that as time goes by I feel less and less vibration and I had to increase up to 20 the power that two weeks ago I already felt in level 8. I don't know if it's normal

Die Lieferung hat etwas länger gedauert, aber es kam aus China und ich konnte die Lieferung zuverlässig verfolgen. Der Vagusnerv Simulator ist dafür doch sehr zügig und zuverlässig angekommen. In einem grünen Kasten war das Gerät gut verpackt. Zubehör mit dabei ein kleines und ein größeres Ohrteil für die linke Seite. Es gibt 3 Programme: Schlaf, Meditation und Entspannung, ich merke nicht wirklich ein Unterschied von den Frequenzen. Ich benutze es hauptsächlich zum Einschlafen und stelle es auf die höchste Stufe auf 30 und spüre ein sanftes Kribbeln. Allgemein bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät.

The dispensers are well made and easy to use once you learn how to do so! Mine did not come with instructions and it took me a few days before I realized that the dispenser top turns anti-clockwise to raise it up, then 'clicks' to lock it in the open position! (see attached video). Instructions would have made the experience better.

I heard about the Zenowell from Melissa West who I follow on YouTube. I use it when I meditate and it helps me to focus. My main concern is sleep. I have never slept well. I waken up numerous times through the night and I don’t get a very deep sleep. I have been using the Zenowell for almost 5 weeks and it is helping me to fall asleep and stay asleep longer. This device gives me much needed hope that, after many years with Rheumatoid Arthritis, I will get some relief and hopefully start to reduce my prescription drug load. It’s early days and I don’t expect quick results but the PPG measurements made with my phone show dramatic changes to the balance between my sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems which are precursors to anti-inflammatory changes. I have made an over the ear adapter to hold the earpiece more stably in place and can now turn the intensity up to around 15 with it being very comfortable. Hoping to see and feel improvements in pain and fatigue in the coming weeks and I feel very blessed, excited and full of hope that TaVNS might make a big difference to my chronic condition and improve my quality of life at 70.

So I don't like to order items on line, I always worry that I won't get what I think I am ordering. I ordered my zenowell on July 24 and received it on August 7 so not bad for shipping, had the shipping tracker and check on it each day for reassurance. I tried it out last night for the first time, I did a 20 min relax while I was watching TV, i had to set it at 5 to even feel it, but I have a super high pain threshold so this didn't surprise me. Then when it was time for bed I did a 20 min sleep and was able to fall asleep in that time, shocked it usually takes me 1-2 hours to fall asleep. I plan to use it once a day at work and again in the evening and then at bed time, I look forward to seeing if my anxiety levels finally go down. Hoping I can do another review in about a month after consistent use.

Sleep quality, relaxation, glad I gave it a shot!!! I’ve been using this device for a little over a week now, and honestly, I’m really impressed. I’ve had ongoing sleep issues and was looking for something other than relying only on pills—especially during busy work weeks when I’m clocking over 12 hours a day. The relax mode truly helps me wind down. I usually fall asleep within 20 minutes, which is a big deal for me. What’s even better is when I wake up in the middle of the night (which happens a lot), I use the sleep mode, and it helps me fall back asleep again. I’m still exploring all the features, but so far, I can say it’s totally worth the price. I’m actually really glad I gave it a shot. The battery life is also great—one charge lasts quite a while, which is super convenient. The ear piece takes a little time to get used to, but once you do, it’s pretty comfortable. So far, this has become my go-to way to relax after long, stressful days and to help me get deeper, better sleep. Highly recommend giving it a try if you’re struggling like I was.
I have had trouble with sleeping for almost 3 years now. I’ve had every test imaginable from both MDs and natural doctors. The final diagnosis seems to be long Covid. No matter what the diagnosis is, all my lab work is really wonderful. For that I am very thankful. But for about a year and a half I would go at least one night a week and most weeks two full nights a week totally awake. The rest of the days were a struggle to sleep at night and to function during the day. Fatigue was my companion. The smartest doctor I had, was one who was willing to think outside the box. Norman Imes, MD. Early in this journey, he insisted I start using vagal stimulation. Because I trusted him, and because nothing else was working, I would wear the stimulator that worked for him 2 to 4 hours a day. My tragus had burn marks most of the time. When I found Xenowell from online search, I saw that the earpiece was quite different and did not involve just the tragus, but the concha as well. From the first time I put it on, I was able to sleep! The anatomical studies show that vast majority of people have vagus nerves that are superficial enough to make a difference for a stimulator to be used on the left side of their ear, primarily the tragus. In my case, through anatomy or because of cosmetic surgery, it had to be through stimulation of the vagal nerve at the conchal level. So I am so thankful for having found this device and particularly this earpiece. My piece of advice, to the company would be to let those of us who are a little more knowledgeable in this field know what the parameters are that the three modes represent. We have sleep, relax, and meditate. It would be very helpful to me to know the the electrical differences between each of them. And to be able to manipulate them. the earpiece is very good I think the nice part of this product is the design of the earpiece. They really put a lot of thoughts on it. I have used it for a couple of times. I like the strong vibration from the medit mode. I hope it can help with my chronic pain.
Rocky at First, But Became My Ultimate Travel Essential I’ll admit—I was pretty doubtful about vagus nerve stimulation and all the hype around it. The only reason I even considered this was because Bryan Johnson uses it lol..... But after seeing how much buzz it’s getting, I figured, why not? I almost bought a high-end European brand, but the price was outrageous. Zenowell seemed like the perfect middle ground, so I gave it a shot. Some reviews mentioned fit issues, but luckily, it worked great for me right out of the box. The real test? Travel. I’ve been bringing it on work trips, and it’s been a total game-changer for my travel anxiety. The carry case? Super convenient. And here’s the proof it works—check my HRV! After a intensive early morning of back-to-back meetings, my stress index was tanking. I used RELEX mode Zenowell for 30 minutes after the meeting, and boom—back to a calm level. Feels like magic. Only downside? The gel runs out fast. I’ve already gone through two tubes and can’t find refills. Hoping they restock soon!

As someone who’s super into neurotech, I’ve tried other vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) devices like Nurosym, Vagusstim, and Pulsetto, so I had a pretty good idea of what to expect. But ZenoWell still managed to surprise me—here’s my honest take. ✅ Pros | What I Loved 1️⃣ Vagus nerve stimulation is the future! This tech has been getting a lot of attention for its ability to regulate the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, helping with stress, anxiety, and sleep. From my past experience with similar devices, I knew VNS could be effective, so I was hyped to try this one out. 2️⃣ The ear electrode design is different (in a good way). The first thing that caught my eye was the unique ear electrode design—apparently, it’s patented. It’s super easy to wear, and they even include a silicone ear cover to fit different ear sizes. Pro tip: If your ears are on the smaller side, you might want to remove the cover for a better fit. 3️⃣ Gel vs. spray – I definitely prefer the gel. ZenoWell gives you two options for conductivity: gel and spray. I personally prefer the gel—it gives a nice tingly, buzzing sensation that feels kinda satisfying. I tried the spray a couple of times, but it felt slightly uncomfortable after putting the device on. If you’re new to VNS, I’d say stick with the gel. 4️⃣ Whoop data doesn’t lie – this thing works. I started using this device on the night of January 24th, and the first couple of days, my data fluctuated quite a bit—I guess my body was adjusting to this new experience. But after that, my sleep performance scores started improving noticeably. One interesting thing I noticed: I didn’t use the device on February 1st and 2nd, yet my metrics still stayed solid. That makes me wonder if there’s a lingering effect, where my nervous system remains in a more balanced state even on days I skip using it. My Strain score has been also trending better—in a good way., meaning better recovery and less physical stress. I wouldn’t say it drastically shortened my time to fall asleep, but I definitely feel more relaxed throughout the day, and my body isn't as tense as before. If you’re into data-driven insights, you’ll appreciate this. ❌ Cons | Room for Improvement 1️⃣ Shared device? Extra ear electrodes needed. My wife and I are both using this device, and honestly, it’d be way better if we had separate ear electrodes. I reached out to ZenoWell’s support, and they told me they’ll be selling replacement electrodes soon. If you’re planning to share, keep an eye out for that. 2️⃣ Not a fan of the all-black design. I get that black is sleek, but for a relaxation-focused device, I think softer or brighter colors would make more sense. A more calming colorway in the next-gen version would be a solid upgrade. 3️⃣ Battery life could be better. It’s not bad, but it could definitely last longer. A bit more juice or faster charging would make a big difference.
Bday gift and wish I knew this earlier Best Bday gift for hubby!! It was initially a birthday gift for my hubby, and we both ended up falling in love with it! It might be a bit overwhelming to start with, but the tutorial has been of great help. He has been using it regularly and even I can tell the difference! He's noticeably calmer and more relaxed. And now I aslo begin to use it on daily basis, for my medication before work and distress after work. One suggestion, I wish it can sync music with the meditation. Look forward to this feature!!

I really like it. It helps to relax. Sometimes I have difficulties placig the Earpeace in the right spot of the ear so that it can work perfekt.
