Die Lieferung hat etwas länger gedauert, aber es kam aus China und ich konnte die Lieferung zuverlässig verfolgen. Der Vagusnerv Simulator ist dafür doch sehr zügig und zuverlässig angekommen. In einem grünen Kasten war das Gerät gut verpackt. Zubehör mit dabei ein kleines und ein größeres Ohrteil für die linke Seite. Es gibt 3 Programme: Schlaf, Meditation und Entspannung, ich merke nicht wirklich ein Unterschied von den Frequenzen. Ich benutze es hauptsächlich zum Einschlafen und stelle es auf die höchste Stufe auf 30 und spüre ein sanftes Kribbeln. Allgemein bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät.

I heard about the Zenowell from Melissa West who I follow on YouTube. I use it when I meditate and it helps me to focus. My main concern is sleep. I have never slept well. I waken up numerous times through the night and I don’t get a very deep sleep. I have been using the Zenowell for almost 5 weeks and it is helping me to fall asleep and stay asleep longer. This device gives me much needed hope that, after many years with Rheumatoid Arthritis, I will get some relief and hopefully start to reduce my prescription drug load. It’s early days and I don’t expect quick results but the PPG measurements made with my phone show dramatic changes to the balance between my sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems which are precursors to anti-inflammatory changes. I have made an over the ear adapter to hold the earpiece more stably in place and can now turn the intensity up to around 15 with it being very comfortable. Hoping to see and feel improvements in pain and fatigue in the coming weeks and I feel very blessed, excited and full of hope that TaVNS might make a big difference to my chronic condition and improve my quality of life at 70.

Sleep quality, relaxation, glad I gave it a shot!!!
I’ve been using this device for a little over a week now, and honestly, I’m really impressed. I’ve had ongoing sleep issues and was looking for something other than relying only on pills—especially during busy work weeks when I’m clocking over 12 hours a day. The relax mode truly helps me wind down. I usually fall asleep within 20 minutes, which is a big deal for me.
What’s even better is when I wake up in the middle of the night (which happens a lot), I use the sleep mode, and it helps me fall back asleep again. I’m still exploring all the features, but so far, I can say it’s totally worth the price. I’m actually really glad I gave it a shot.
The battery life is also great—one charge lasts quite a while, which is super convenient. The ear piece takes a little time to get used to, but once you do, it’s pretty comfortable.

Rocky at First, But Became My Ultimate Travel Essential
I’ll admit—I was pretty doubtful about vagus nerve stimulation and all the hype around it. The only reason I even considered this was because Bryan Johnson uses it lol..... But after seeing how much buzz it’s getting, I figured, why not?
I almost bought a high-end European brand, but the price was outrageous. Zenowell seemed like the perfect middle ground, so I gave it a shot. Some reviews mentioned fit issues, but luckily, it worked great for me right out of the box.
The real test? Travel. I’ve been bringing it on work trips, and it’s been a total game-changer for my travel anxiety. The carry case? Super convenient.
And here’s the proof it works—check my HRV! After a intensive early morning of back-to-back meetings, my stress index was tanking. I used RELEX mode Zenowell for 30 minutes after the meeting, and boom—back to a calm level. Feels like magic.
Only downside? The gel runs out fast. I’ve already gone through two tubes and can’t find refills. Hoping they restock soon!

As someone who’s super into neurotech, I’ve tried other vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) devices like Nurosym, Vagusstim, and Pulsetto, so I had a pretty good idea of what to expect. But ZenoWell still managed to surprise me—here’s my honest take.
✅ Pros | What I Loved
1️⃣ Vagus nerve stimulation is the future!
This tech has been getting a lot of attention for its ability to regulate the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, helping with stress, anxiety, and sleep. From my past experience with similar devices, I knew VNS could be effective, so I was hyped to try this one out.
2️⃣ The ear electrode design is different (in a good way).
The first thing that caught my eye was the unique ear electrode design—apparently, it’s patented. It’s super easy to wear, and they even include a silicone ear cover to fit different ear sizes. Pro tip: If your ears are on the smaller side, you might want to remove the cover for a better fit.
3️⃣ Gel vs. spray – I definitely prefer the gel.
ZenoWell gives you two options for conductivity: gel and spray. I personally prefer the gel—it gives a nice tingly, buzzing sensation that feels kinda satisfying. I tried the spray a couple of times, but it felt slightly uncomfortable after putting the device on. If you’re new to VNS, I’d say stick with the gel.
4️⃣ Whoop data doesn’t lie – this thing works.
I started using this device on the night of January 24th, and the first couple of days, my data fluctuated quite a bit—I guess my body was adjusting to this new experience. But after that, my sleep performance scores started improving noticeably.
One interesting thing I noticed: I didn’t use the device on February 1st and 2nd, yet my metrics still stayed solid. That makes me wonder if there’s a lingering effect, where my nervous system remains in a more balanced state even on days I skip using it. My Strain score has been also trending better—in a good way., meaning better recovery and less physical stress. I wouldn’t say it drastically shortened my time to fall asleep, but I definitely feel more relaxed throughout the day, and my body isn't as tense as before. If you’re into data-driven insights, you’ll appreciate this.
❌ Cons | Room for Improvement
1️⃣ Shared device? Extra ear electrodes needed.
My wife and I are both using this device, and honestly, it’d be way better if we had separate ear electrodes. I reached out to ZenoWell’s support, and they told me they’ll be selling replacement electrodes soon. If you’re planning to share, keep an eye out for that.
2️⃣ Not a fan of the all-black design.
I get that black is sleek, but for a relaxation-focused device, I think softer or brighter colors would make more sense. A more calming colorway in the next-gen version would be a solid upgrade.
3️⃣ Battery life could be better.
It’s not bad, but it could definitely last longer. A bit more juice or faster charging would make a big difference.

It was initially a birthday gift for my hubby, and we both ended up falling in love with it!
It might be a bit overwhelming to start with, but the tutorial has been of great help. He has been using it regularly and even I can tell the difference! He's noticeably calmer and more relaxed. And now I aslo begin to use it on daily basis, for my medication before work and distress after work.
One suggestion, I wish it can sync music with the meditation. Look forward to this feature!!

I got this as I thought it might improve the quality of my sleep. I’m not sure it has done that. The evidence over three weeks is inconclusive. The sleep mode seems to actually make my sleep worse. I’m very sensitive to it and feel like I’m vibrating all night! Refresh mode for 10 minutes in the day seems to take the edge off stress though, which may have a knock on effect on sleep. Can’t be proven though. I like it for chilling before things like stressful meetings.

The device seems in good quality and battery holds quite long (at least for now).

I've been using my ZenoWell device for a month now. My goal in its use was to strengthen my vagus nerve. I have found it difficult to get good connection despite following all instructions. Sometimes I can crank it all the way up to 30 and feel nothing unless i push and hold the earpiece tightly in my ear, and sometimes even then, nothing, even after re-applying water or gel. Also, sometimes one number gives no sensation, but one number higher is painful.

En estos Términos, los términos “ZenoWell”, “nosotros”, “nos” y “nuestro” se refieren a la entidad mencionada anteriormente.
2. Definiciones
Este apartado aclara el alcance del acuerdo. “Cuenta” significa la cuenta que usted crea para acceder a ciertos servicios. “Aplicación” significa la(s) aplicación(es) móvil(es) de ZenoWell, incluyendo actualizaciones y servicios relacionados. “Dispositivo” significa los productos de hardware y accesorios de ZenoWell, incluidos componentes y consumibles vendidos o suministrados por ZenoWell. “Documentación” significa manuales, instrucciones, advertencias de seguridad, etiquetas y mensajes dentro de la aplicación para el dispositivo/la aplicación. “Datos de Salud” significa los Datos del Usuario relacionados con la salud o el bienestar, incluyendo información auto-reportada, notas, síntomas, entradas de estilo de vida e información de salud importada de terceros si usted lo habilita. “Políticas” significa nuestra Política de Privacidad, Política de Envío y Política de Devoluciones, que se incorporan por referencia. “Servicios” significa el sitio web, la aplicación, el software, las funciones de conectividad/control de dispositivos, el contenido que proporcionamos (incluidos los materiales educativos) y el soporte al cliente. “Sitio” significa zenowell.ai y las páginas que operamos que enlazan con estos Términos. “Software” significa la aplicación, el firmware del dispositivo, el software embebido, los algoritmos y las actualizaciones. “Datos del Usuario” significa los datos que usted envía, sube, ingresa, sincroniza, transmite o proporciona de cualquier otra manera a través de los Servicios, incluidos los Datos de Salud.
3. Aceptación y Cambios en los Términos
3.1 Aceptación Al acceder o usar los Servicios y/o comprar, instalar o usar un Dispositivo, usted acepta estos Términos y las Políticas.
3.2 Cambios Podemos actualizar estos Términos publicando una versión revisada en el Sitio y/o en la Aplicación. La fecha de “Última actualización” indica cuándo los cambios entran en vigor, a menos que se indique lo contrario. El uso continuado después de la fecha de efectividad constituye la aceptación de los Términos actualizados.
4. Elegibilidad, Cuentas y Seguridad
4.1 Elegibilidad Debe tener al menos la edad de mayoría de edad en su jurisdicción para crear una Cuenta y usar los Servicios, a menos que la ley permita lo contrario con el consentimiento adecuado.
4.2 Responsabilidades de la Cuenta Usted acepta proporcionar información precisa, mantenerla actualizada y mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales. Usted es responsable de las actividades bajo su Cuenta, excepto donde la ley lo prohíba.
4.3 Uso No Autorizado Notifique inmediatamente si sospecha de un acceso o uso no autorizado.
5. Software y Propiedad
5.1 Concesión de Licencia Sujeto a estos Términos, ZenoWell le otorga una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para descargar, instalar y usar la Aplicación y el Software para su uso personal, no comercial en relación con el Dispositivo y los Servicios. Todos los derechos no expresamente otorgados en estos Términos o cualquier política o directriz son reservados por nosotros o nuestros licenciantes, proveedores, editores, titulares de derechos u otros proveedores de contenido. Las licencias otorgadas por nosotros terminan si no cumple con estos Términos o cualquier política, regla o directriz aplicable.
5.2 Propiedad Los Servicios y el Software (excluyendo sus Datos de Usuario) son propiedad de ZenoWell o sus licenciantes y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual. Todos los derechos no expresamente otorgados están reservados.
Usted reconoce y acepta que todo el material mostrado, ejecutado o disponible a través de los Servicios, incluidos, entre otros, textos, gráficos, datos, artículos, fotos, imágenes e ilustraciones (en conjunto, “Contenido”) pueden estar protegidos por derechos de autor y/o otras leyes de propiedad intelectual en todo el mundo. Usted se compromete a cumplir con todos los avisos de derechos de autor, reglas de marcas, información y restricciones contenidas en el Contenido y no copiar, reproducir, modificar, traducir, publicar, transmitir, distribuir, realizar, cargar, mostrar, licenciar, vender ni usar de ninguna otra manera el Contenido que no sea de su propiedad sin el consentimiento previo del propietario de ese Contenido.
5.3 Términos de la Tienda de Aplicaciones Si obtiene la Aplicación de la Apple App Store, Google Play u otra tienda, también acepta los términos de esa tienda. Estos Términos rigen su relación con ZenoWell en la medida en que lo permita la ley.
6. Uso Aceptable y Restricciones
Salvo donde esté prohibido por la ley aplicable, no podrá:
Copiar, modificar, traducir o crear trabajos derivados del Software o los Servicios;
Descompilar, desensamblar, decodificar o intentar derivar el código fuente o las ideas/algoritmos subyacentes;
Eludir o interferir con las funciones de seguridad o los controles de acceso;
Usar bots, scrapers u otros medios automatizados que degraden o sobrecarguen los Servicios;
Utilizar los Servicios para conductas ilegales, dañinas, engañosas, abusivas o que infrinjan derechos de terceros.
Usted acepta usar los Servicios solo para su propio uso y no en nombre de ni para el beneficio de un tercero, y únicamente de una manera que cumpla con estos Términos, las Políticas y todas las leyes y regulaciones aplicables. Si su uso de los Servicios está prohibido por cualquier ley aplicable, entonces no está autorizado a usar los Servicios. No somos responsables de ningún uso de los Servicios que viole usted cualquier ley aplicable.
Podemos investigar posibles violaciones y suspender o terminar el acceso según se describe en la Sección 17.
7. Uso del Dispositivo, Seguridad y Conectividad
7.1 Uso Adecuado Debe usar el Dispositivo solo de acuerdo con lo descrito en la Documentación y las indicaciones dentro de la aplicación. No use el Dispositivo de manera que contradiga las advertencias o contraindicaciones.
7.2 Reacciones Adversas Deje de usar el Dispositivo y busque asesoramiento profesional adecuado si experimenta dolor, irritación en la piel, quemaduras, mareos, desmayos o cualquier otra reacción adversa.
7.3 No Usar de Forma Insegura No use el Dispositivo en situaciones en las que su uso podría generar riesgos (por ejemplo, mientras conduce o maneja maquinaria).
7.4 Limitaciones de Conectividad Algunas funciones requieren Bluetooth, acceso a Internet y teléfonos/ versiones del sistema operativo compatibles. La conectividad puede verse interrumpida por factores ambientales, configuraciones del dispositivo, actualizaciones del sistema operativo, interrupciones de la red o de terceros. No garantizamos conectividad ininterrumpida o sincronización en tiempo real.
8. Actualizaciones, Cambios en las Funciones y Disponibilidad
8.1 Actualizaciones Podemos proporcionar actualizaciones para la Aplicación/Software/firmware por razones de seguridad, corrección de errores, mejoras de rendimiento y cumplimiento. Algunas actualizaciones pueden ser necesarias para ciertas funciones.
8.2 Cambios o Descontinuación de Funciones Podemos agregar, modificar, suspender o descontinuar funciones o partes de los Servicios. Cuando sea razonable, podemos proporcionar un aviso, pero no garantizamos la notificación para cambios urgentes (por ejemplo, por razones de seguridad).
8.3 Tiempo de Inactividad Los Servicios pueden no estar disponibles debido a mantenimiento, fallas o eventos fuera de nuestro control razonable.
8.4 Funciones Beta / Experimentales (Si se Ofrecen) Si etiquetamos una función como beta/previa/experimental, esta puede ser inestable, cambiar o eliminarse en cualquier momento y se ofrece “tal como está” en la medida permitida por la ley.
9. Datos del Usuario y Datos de Salud
9.1 Sus Derechos y Responsabilidades Usted mantiene los derechos que pueda tener sobre sus Datos del Usuario. Usted declara y garantiza que:
Tiene el derecho de proporcionar los Datos del Usuario que envíe;
Ha obtenido todas las consentimientos requeridos (incluido el caso de que cargue datos sobre otra persona);
Sus Datos del Usuario no violan la ley ni los derechos de terceros;
Sus Datos del Usuario son precisos según su mejor conocimiento.
9.2 Permiso para Procesar los Datos del Usuario Para proporcionar y operar los Servicios, usted otorga a ZenoWell un derecho limitado, no exclusivo, para alojar, almacenar, procesar, transmitir y mostrar sus Datos del Usuario, y usarlos para:
Proveer funciones que usted solicite (incluyendo sincronización, perspectivas y soporte);
Mantener la seguridad e integridad;
Mejorar y desarrollar los Servicios (por ejemplo, rendimiento, fiabilidad, detección de errores), en cada caso, de acuerdo con nuestra Política de Privacidad y las leyes aplicables.
No reclamamos la propiedad de sus Datos del Usuario.
9.3 Salidas Informativas y No Uso Clínico Cualquier resumen, perspectiva, tendencia o recomendación tiene fines informativos y de bienestar solamente, puede ser incompleta o inexacta, y no está destinada para diagnósticos médicos, decisiones de tratamiento o emergencias.
9.4 Integraciones de Terceros (Si están habilitadas) Si conecta servicios de terceros (por ejemplo, plataformas de salud u otros dispositivos portátiles), se aplican los términos y prácticas de privacidad de esos servicios. ZenoWell no es responsable por los servicios de terceros, fallos o imprecisiones.
9.5 Retención y Eliminación de Datos La retención, eliminación y opciones para eliminar cuentas están descritas en la Política de Privacidad. Desinstalar la aplicación puede no eliminar los datos almacenados en los servidores asociados con su cuenta.
10. Privacidad
El uso de los Servicios está sujeto a nuestra Política de Privacidad. Si existe un conflicto entre estos Términos y la Política de Privacidad en cuanto al procesamiento de datos personales, prevalecerá la Política de Privacidad.
11. Exención de Responsabilidad en Salud y Médica (Importante)
11.1 Solo para Bienestar, No es Consejos Médicos El Dispositivo y los Servicios están destinados únicamente para el bienestar del consumidor y con fines informativos, y no proporcionan consejos médicos. No están destinados para diagnosticar, tratar, curar ni prevenir ninguna enfermedad y no reemplazan el consejo médico profesional.
11.2 Consulte con un Profesional Consulte a un profesional de la salud calificado para cualquier condición médica, síntomas, medicamentos, dispositivos implantados o decisiones de tratamiento.
11.3 Situaciones de Emergencia No utilice los Servicios como sustituto de atención de emergencia. Si cree que está experimentando una emergencia médica, comuníquese con los servicios de emergencia de inmediato.
11.4 Los Resultados Pueden Variar Los resultados individuales varían. No garantizamos resultados específicos.
12. Exenciones de Responsabilidad
En la medida máxima permitida por la ley, los Servicios y Dispositivos se proporcionan “tal como están” y “según disponibilidad”, sin garantías de ningún tipo, ya sean expresas, implícitas o legales, incluyendo garantías implícitas de comercialización, idoneidad para un propósito particular y no infracción, excepto cuando esté prohibido por la ley.
No garantizamos que los Servicios estarán ininterrumpidos, sin errores o que los resultados serán precisos o completos.
13. Limitación de Responsabilidad
En la medida máxima permitida por la ley, ZenoWell no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos, incluyendo la pérdida de beneficios, ingresos, buena voluntad o datos, derivados de o relacionados con los Servicios o Dispositivos. ZenoWell solo será responsable por (i) daños causados de manera intencional o por un incumplimiento grosero de deber por parte nuestra, de nuestros representantes legales o empleados, (ii) ocultamiento fraudulento o tergiversación por parte nuestra, o incumplimiento de garantías explícitas proporcionadas por nosotros; y (iii) daños derivados de muerte o lesiones personales (vida, cuerpo y salud) debido a un incumplimiento grosero de deber por parte nuestra, y no será responsable por incumplimientos de obligaciones cometidos de manera leve.
Exclusión Legal: Nada en estos Términos limita o excluye la responsabilidad cuando hacerlo sea ilegal, incluyendo (cuando corresponda) responsabilidad por fraude, conducta dolosa o responsabilidades que no puedan ser excluidas bajo las leyes de protección al consumidor.
Tiendas de Aplicaciones: Usted reconoce y acepta que la disponibilidad de la Aplicación y los Servicios depende del tercero de donde obtuvo la licencia de la Aplicación, por ejemplo, la Apple App Store o Google Play Store (cada uno, “Tienda de Aplicaciones”). Nosotros, no la Tienda de Aplicaciones, somos los responsables exclusivos de los Servicios, incluida la Aplicación, el contenido de la misma, el mantenimiento, los servicios de soporte y las garantías relacionadas, y la resolución de cualquier reclamación relacionada con los mismos.
14. Indemnización
En la medida máxima permitida por la ley, usted acepta indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a ZenoWell por reclamaciones derivadas de:
El mal uso que haga de los Servicios/Dispositivo;
Su incumplimiento de estos Términos;
Su incumplimiento de la ley o de los derechos de terceros a través de los Datos del Usuario.
Al indemnizarnos bajo esta Sección, usted deberá asumir nuestros costos de defensa legal necesaria.
15. Compras en ZenoWell
Esta sección se aplica cuando compra a través de ZenoWell en el Sitio.
15.1 Órdenes, Aceptación y Cancelación Realizar un pedido es una oferta de compra. Podemos aceptar, rechazar, cancelar o limitar pedidos debido a sospechas de fraude, actividades no autorizadas de revendedores, limitaciones de inventario, restricciones de envío o errores de precios/descripciones.
15.2 Precios y Errores Si un producto se muestra a un precio incorrecto debido a un error, podemos cancelar el pedido y reembolsar los importes pagados.
15.3 Promociones y Códigos de Descuento Las promociones pueden ser limitadas en el tiempo, no transferibles y sujetas a reglas de elegibilidad. A menos que se indique lo contrario, las promociones no pueden combinarse. Podemos rechazar la redención si razonablemente creemos que una promoción está siendo abusada, en la medida permitida por la ley.
15.4 Pagos y Contracargos Usted nos autoriza (o a nuestro procesador de pagos) a cargar el método de pago que proporcione. Si un cargo es revertido o contracargado, podemos suspender el cumplimiento y/o el acceso a los Servicios relacionados según lo permita la ley.
15.5 Preórdenes (si se ofrecen) Las fechas de envío estimadas son solo estimaciones. Las reglas de cancelación/reembolso de las preórdenes se describen en la Política de Devoluciones o en una política de preorden mostrada al realizar el pago.
15.6 Impuestos, Derechos y Tasas de Importación Al confirmar su compra, usted reconoce su responsabilidad de pagar el costo total de su pedido, incluidos impuestos, derechos, tasas de aduana, tarifas de corretaje y otros cargos de importación. A menos que se indique en el pago que están incluidos, usted será responsable de estos cargos.
15.7 Envíos Las condiciones de envío se describen en nuestra Política de Envíos.
15.8 Devoluciones y Reembolsos Las devoluciones y reembolsos están sujetos a nuestra Política de Devoluciones. Nada en estos Términos limita los derechos y recursos legales que no puedan ser excluidos bajo la legislación de protección al consumidor aplicable.
15.9 Garantía y Derechos Estatutarios Cualquier garantía comercial voluntaria se describe en los materiales de garantía y/o en la Política de Devoluciones. Los consumidores también pueden tener derechos legales relacionados con productos defectuosos que no pueden ser excluidos.
16. Suspensión y Terminación
Usted puede dejar de usar los Servicios en cualquier momento. Nosotros podemos suspender o terminar su acceso si razonablemente creemos que ha violado estos Términos, que su uso crea un riesgo de seguridad o legal, o si la suspensión/terminación es requerida por la ley. Al terminar, su licencia para usar la App/Software finaliza. Las secciones que por su naturaleza deban sobrevivir, sobrevivirán.
17. Exportaciones y Sanciones
No podrá utilizar, exportar, reexportar ni transferir los Servicios o los Dispositivos en violación de las leyes de control de exportaciones o sanciones aplicables.
18. Ley Aplicable; Resolución de Disputas
18.1 Ley Aplicable Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de Hong Kong, a menos que las leyes de protección al consumidor de su país de residencia dispongan lo contrario.
18.2 Resolución Informal de Disputas Primero Antes de iniciar procedimientos formales, contáctenos para intentar resolver el conflicto de manera informal.
19. Misceláneos
Cláusula de Separabilidad: Si alguna disposición es inaplicable, las disposiciones restantes seguirán en vigor. Acuerdo Completo: Estos Términos y las Políticas constituyen el acuerdo completo con respecto a los Servicios y las compras realizadas en ZenoWell. Cesión: Usted no podrá ceder estos Términos sin nuestro consentimiento; nosotros podremos cederlos como parte de una fusión, adquisición o venta de activos. Renuncia: El hecho de no hacer cumplir una disposición no constituirá una renuncia.
