ZenoWell at Destination Deluxe Awards & Wellness Summit 2026
This September, ZenoWell is heading to Bangkok for the Destination Deluxe Awards & Wellness Summit 2026, a gathering of leaders and innovators across wellness, longevity, hospitality and travel.
September 22–23, 2026
Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River
Bangkok, Thailand
At this year’s summit, ZenoWell will share a topic that sits at the center of many conversations around sleep, stress and recovery:
How to Reset Your Nervous System: From Science to Daily Practices
“Reset your nervous system” has become a familiar phrase in wellness. But the nervous system does not simply switch on and off.
Throughout the day, the body is constantly adapting—to work, exercise, emotions, sleep, food and the environment around us. Sometimes we need to be alert and ready to respond. At other times, the body needs to shift toward rest and recovery.
The goal is not to stay calm all day.
It is to become better at moving between activation and recovery.
From science to everyday life
At the summit, we’ll explore what nervous system regulation actually means and how it can become part of everyday routines.
That starts with some of the basics we already know matter: sleep, breathing, movement, recovery and consistent daily habits.
A demanding day may end, while the mind keeps running. A hard workout may finish, while the body still feels switched on. And sometimes we can feel exhausted without being able to fully settle into rest.
Rather than searching for one perfect “reset,” we believe the more useful question is:
How can we create more opportunities for the body to recover throughout the day?
This could mean slowing the breath for a few minutes, building a more consistent bedtime routine, allowing enough recovery after exercise, or simply stepping away from constant stimulation.
Small practices can become meaningful when they are repeated.
Where the vagus nerve fits
The vagus nerve has become an increasingly important part of the conversation around nervous system wellness.
As a major pathway connecting the brain and body, it is involved in many processes associated with autonomic regulation.
This is also why researchers have been exploring transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS)—a non-invasive approach that delivers gentle electrical stimulation through specific areas of the outer ear associated with vagal pathways.
At ZenoWell, we are interested in what happens when this science moves beyond the laboratory and becomes easier to integrate into daily life.
Rather than seeing technology as a replacement for sleep, movement or healthy routines, we see it as another tool that can sit alongside them.
Making recovery more understandable
Wearables have also changed the way people think about recovery.
Heart rate, HRV, sleep and activity data can give us more information about how the body responds across different days and routines.
But more data does not always mean more understanding.
One part of our discussion in Bangkok will focus on how these signals can be viewed as patterns rather than scores—and how technology can help people connect what they do with how they feel and recover.
The aim is not to chase a “perfect” HRV number or sleep score.
It is to build greater awareness of the habits and conditions that support your own recovery.
Why Bangkok
The Destination Deluxe Awards & Wellness Summit brings together people working across wellness, hospitality, longevity, travel and experience design.
For ZenoWell, it is an opportunity to bring the conversation around nervous system regulation into a broader wellness context—and to exchange ideas with practitioners, brands and industry leaders thinking about what the next generation of wellness experiences could look like.
As wellness continues to move from isolated products toward more integrated daily experiences, we believe nervous system regulation will become an increasingly important part of how people think about sleep, stress, recovery and long-term wellbeing.
